I needed another tunic to wear with my skinny jeans so I turned to my collection of Lisette patterns.
pattern: Simplicity Lisette 2060, Itinerary Dress
size: 14, with narrower seam allowance taken on the sides from the natural waist down
fabric: Kaffe Fassett Shot Cotton, Pool
This was my second attempt at the Itinerary. For my first attempt, I cut out a 10 thinking that if I took narrower seams along the sides it would fit fine. I should have made a muslin as it didn't work!
And I'm not too enamored of this version either. It's okay but I'm not completely satisfied. Not the pattern's fault...I just think this style isn't the most flattering for my figure.
I'll still wear it occasionally though so not a total loss!
