I finally have a few modeled pictures of the Lisette Traveler dress!

pattern: Lisette Simplicity 2246 (view A)
fabric: purple stretch cotton poplin from Fabric Mart
mods: 3/8" seams on the sides, skipped lower pockets and self fabric belt due to limited yardage
The dress is very comfortable to wear. Though next time I'll probably add an inch or two to the length. At 5'9"+, the dress is a little on the short side for me but not too short that I won't wear it.;) The pattern comes together a lot quicker than I anticipated. No excuse not to sew another one...perhaps the tunic with a band collar (view B) to wear with skinny jeans and boots?
Next up is the stack of sewing traced and cut out during Hurricane Sandy (2+2 top, several Ottobre Design patterns, School Days Rain Coat). I'm trying to be virtuous and complete that stack first but I have a newly arrived pattern (Sewaholic Minoru Jacket) calling my name!
